Parent and Teacher Conference Freebie

     The teachers are busy with Parent and Teacher Conference in my district, right now. Since this has been going on, I thought it would be nice to share a short and sweet freebie with you. I recently made a Parent and Teacher Conference Sign-up Sheet, and thought that you would like a copy of it too. This sheet provides places for parents to fill in their names, their email addresses (to receive reminders), and a reserved time to meet with you to discuss their students' progress. (This sign-up sheet also matches my Parent Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet. If you have a great need for everything to match, like me, then feel free to grab this freebie too.)
